This month in Minneapolis and St. Paul, I’m part of the launch of a new paradigm in choral concerts. A collaboration between myself, Timothy C. Takach and VocalEssence, these concerts are designed to truly break down any accessibility barrier between performer and audience and will feature a blend of contemporary choral music and popular styles in one experience.
This concert will also present 4 new works for choir by participants in the VocalEssence ReMix program, designed to mentor breakout composers in writing for voice.
